In the case of a Women's Density Treatment, the practitioner may choose to go darker or create a more dense look than in a Men's density treatment because male clients will inevitably shave their hair down when their hair loss gets to a point of no return.

A density treatment is covering the areas of the scalp that are exposed with follicle-like impressions that give the illusion of a more dense look with an overall tone which hides the lightness of the scalp showing through the existing hair.
